Early Medical Instruments
You need a Communicator 4.0 or Internet Explorer 4.0 browser to play the tools interactive. To get more photos and information with your 3.0 browser, visit the tools showcase instead.
Instructions
- There are six sillohuettes of early medical instruments. In the center of the screen is each tool's function.
- Your job: match the tool to the correct function!
- To play, click on one of the tool sillohuettes. Without lifting up your finger, drag the tool to one of the function descriptions in the center of the screen. When you have positioned the tool over a function, lift up your finger. It is important to make sure that the mouse cursor is within the lines of the hotspot box before lifting up your finger; otherwise your selection may not be recognized.
- If you match the tool to the function, you will get to see the tool and learn its name.
- When you click on a matched tool, a tool description will appear. You can click anywhere on the tool description to make it go away.
